1. Shipping Confirmation & Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days - Rate depends on weight and destination.

 Special Offer: FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.00 USD.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues.

3. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Exivo ships to addresses worldwide. However, some limitations may apply to P.O. boxes or military addresses depending on the carrier used.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can track your order directly on our website through our "Track Your Order" page or via 17track.net.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Exivo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

Exivo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Please ensure your address is entered correctly in English to avoid any delivery failures.
